Here’s what to expect and the next steps to get everything set up smoothly:
- Accept the invitation: Once I’ve created your client portal in Practice Better (PB), you will receive an invitation email from the platform. Please accept the invitation to access your portal.
- Complete your information: After accepting the invitation, please ensure you have completely entered the following:
- Your personal details, including your full name and address.
- Billing information, i.e. your credit card details.
- This information is required for generating proper invoices that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
- Review and sign the forms: You will receive two forms/waivers. Please review and sign them before your first appointment.
- Appointment scheduling: Once your client portal is complete with all the required information, I will book your first appointment. You will receive an email confirming your session booking. Appointment reminders are sent automatically 2 days before your session.
